Exchanges or refunds must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and clean

  • In the same condition as received

Items that don’t meet these conditions cannot be approved and will be returned to the sender.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we’ll take care of everything — including all shipping costs.

Preference-Based Exchanges

For exchanges due to size, color, or personal preference, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
